How does it work?
It is simple.

The use of cctop as a data clearing platform replaces the classic EDI process. In plain English, that means you aren’t running a local EDI solution with all the attendant installation and maintenance headaches. Everything runs on cctop in our cloud, securely, fast and efficiently. This way you cut your costs for business processes to a minimum. Transaction times are noticeably shorter and the information flow is more efficient – and in times of increasing cost pressure these details matter. Thanks to uniform templates errors are reduced, and prompt, direct handling brings you high customer satisfaction.

Data transfer can be by any of various means (X.400, Mail, ftp(s), AS2 etc.); all message types are covered (PRICAT, ORDERS, ORDRSP, DESADV, INVOIC, REMADV, INVRPT, SLSRPT, etc.). Data formats are also highly flexible (cctop-Flatfile, SAP-IDoc, openTrans-XML, GS1-XML, UBL-XML, EDIFACT, EANCOM, etc.). If a company you work with does not have a data export interface, WebEDI offers an easy option for partner integration. The basic hosting fee for cctop is € 60.

Practical:
Tracking & Tracing

We always go a step further when we identify new client needs. In the spring of 2020, we introduced a Tracking & Tracing function. After login on our tracking.cctop.de portal you can see at a glance when data are converted and sent. It is possible to search by document numbers, which makes things much easier when controlling business processes.
